Minister Catherine Austin
First Lady of Mt. Olive Pentecostal Church Of Faith Inc.
Min. Dr. Catherine Austin, born and raised on the island of Barbados is the only daughter to Calvin and the Late Carnetta Rock. She had a heart and love for the Lord from a tender age and was led to Christ and baptized by the age of fifteen. In January 1992, her parents allowed her to leave the island of Barbados to pursue her college education in the State of New York where she now resides. Dr. Catherine Austin is an Ordained Minister of the Mount Olive Pentecostal Church of Faith, Inc., and it is here that following in the directed steps of her Savior Jesus Christ and through His leading found her ability to teach His word. She has served as lead in Children’s Church Ministry and as a teacher of Sunday school. Minister Austin has also served as a leader in the Women’s Ministry. She loves seeing the illumination of knowledge in her student’s eyes and seeing others grasps the truth of God’s word.
It was in September 1998 that her investigation into Eschatological matters in the book of Revelation that led her to enroll in the Mount Olive Bible Institute & Seminary. She was taken on the theological altitude which she embraced and today she has earned two doctorates in the field of Theology. Her tenacity in studying the word of God led her former spiritual father and father in law, the Late Bishop Dr. Randolph Austin to ask her to utilize her skills in office administration and she joined the staff of the Mount Olive Bible Institute & Seminary in 2009. As the years progressed God added to her abilities and today she sits on the board as the Vice President and a faculty member of the Mount Olive Bible Institute & Seminary.
Dr. Catherine is the wife to the priest of her household, Bishop-Designate Dr. Gabriel Austin. Together they are the parents of three children Giovonne, Elizabeth and Alexandria Austin. Dr. Catherine is passionate about advancing the Kingdom of God through her gift of teaching and is determine to
lead others to God’s truth.
